Q: How do I purchase the video?

Q: How do I watch the video after I've purchased it?
A: Come back to this page once you've completed check out. Scroll down to view the battles (if battles aren't showing up, double check the event date at top of this page. If the event says "Pre-Order," please note that battles will not show up until one week after the event date).

Q: When will the battles be available online?
A: The battles will be available one week after the event.

Q: I don't have a Paypal account.  How do I use my credit card?

A: When you're checking out and you see the Paypal page and log-in prompt, look underneath it for an option that says "Don't have a Paypal account?" - click that and you can use any major credit card.

Q: I'm having trouble purchasing from a country outside of the United States.
A: Please enter your address and just choose the closest country you can find from the drop down menu while you're checking out.

Q: Can I share my account information?

KNOWN ISSUE WITH iOS 9.3 or Safari 9.1:
There is currently an iOS bug that is causing playback to only work on first load. The recommend solution is to logout from your account dashboard and log back in again.
