Q: How do I purchase the live stream?

A: Click the green "Purchase Now" button to add to cart. Checkout from cart to complete purchase.


Q: How do I watch the live stream after I've purchased it?

A: Come back to this page once you've completed check out. Make sure you are signed into the same Rap Grid account you used to make the purchase and you will see the "WATCH LIVE" link


Q: Can I re-watch the battles if I miss the live stream?

A: Yes, all of the battles will be available to watch as VOD 24-48 hours after the live stream ends.


Q: Can I watch the event on my TV or gaming console?

A: You can watch the event from most devices that have a web browser (note that PS4 does not have a web browser so you cannot watch this event on a PS4). Just open the web browser on your device (we recommend Google Chrome) and go to this event page. Then you'll want to make sure you sign into the same Rap Grid account you used to make the purchase and you should be able to watch the event.


Q: I don't have a Paypal account. How do I use my credit card?

A: When you're checking out, click through the process all the way through to PayPal. Once you are at PayPal click through the process until you see the log-in prompt, look underneath it for an option that says "Don't have a Paypal account?" - click that and you can use any major credit card.


Q: I'm having trouble purchasing from a country outside of the United States.

A: Please enter your address and just choose the closest country you can find from the drop down menu while you're checking out.


Q: Can I share my account information?

A: No. WE TRACK ALL LOG INS – if you share your password, we will suspend your account and reserve the right to pursue legal action. Please support battle rap by not supporting bootlegs.


Q: I'm having issues viewing the battle and none of the above questions explain my problem.

KNOWN ISSUE WITH iOS 9.3 or Safari 9.1:

There is currently an iOS bug that is causing playback to only work on first load. The recommend solution is to logout from your account dashboard and log back in again.
